A h\u00e1bor\u00fat k\u00f6vet\u0151en a park gondoz\u00e1sa sz\u00fcnetelt. 1951-ben gyermekotthonn\u00e1 alak\u00edtott\u00e1k \u00e1t az egykori k\u00fari\u00e1t \u00e9s a park ter\u00fclet\u00e9n sz\u00ednpadot \u00e9s futballp\u00e1ly\u00e1t emeltek. A Szolnok Megyei Tan\u00e1cs \u00e9s a k\u00f6zs\u00e9g vezet\u00e9se 1961-ben fogott a pusztul\u00e1snak indult ter\u00fclet megment\u00e9s\u00e9hez. A megmaradt fa- \u00e9s cserjefajok mell\u00e9 m\u00e9g t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1z fajt telep\u00edtettek.
