A Tisza parton, az egykori s\u00f3h\u00e1zak ter\u00fclet\u00e9n Szolnok 1882-ben megv\u00e1s\u00e1rolt a Kincst\u00e1rt\u00f3l egy telket. Itt kezd\u0151dtek el a Benk\u00f3 K\u00e1roly m\u0171\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz \u00e1ltal tervezett iskola \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek munk\u00e1latai.
